THE GEOLOGY OF FOLKESTONE WARREN AND FOSSIL FORAY

This short walk will provide an introduction to the local geology and the fossils that

can be found and explain why the landscape around East Wear Bay looks as it does.

The walk is expected to last about 1½ hours and will be visiting the beach, so sturdy

footwear is required. Suggested donation of £2 appreciated. LEADERS: Geoff
